Poster presentation guideline

Poster contributions should be of A0 size and portrait orientation (width=841mm, height=1189mm).

The posters will be presented in two poster sessions:

• Poster Session I on Monday, 3rd of July, 15:50-17:20
• Poster Session II on Wednesday, 5th of July, 14:00-15:30

Posters will be on display only for the relevant session.

Presenters scheduled for the Poster Session I are kindly asked to provide their posters at the latest on Monday morning. These posters should be removed by Tuesday lunchtime.

Presenters scheduled for the Poster Session II are kindly asked to provide their posters at the latest on Tuesday afternoon.

The poster boards will be labeled with poster IDs.

Oral presentation guideline

Oral contributions are limited to 20 minutes, including questions.

Presnters are kindly asked to send their talks to the organizers (iworid2017@fis.agh.edu.pl) at the latest on the evening before the relevant session.
In particular circumstances talks can be also provided on a USB stick at least the day before the relevant session.

Please make sure to provide at least one of the following formats:

• Acrobat (PDF)
• Power Point (ppt or pptx)

There is no support for other formats. File size should not exceed 20MB.
4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios are supported.
If you use non-standard fonts, please use PDF format as it embeds fonts, otherwise we cannot guarantee correct display of your presentation.
